My name is Lisa, and I wear many hats—a full-time wife and mother to two incredible children, Mikayla, 6, and Maverick, 3, while also being a devoted hairdresser. The world of hair has been intertwined with my life's fabric since childhood. Did you know my mother was also a talented hairstylist, with her very own salon dating back to 1995? I practically grew up amidst the buzzing energy of the salon, spending my afternoons, weekends, and school holidays there until I reached year 10.

Initially, I resisted the call to become a hairdresser, witnessing firsthand the hard work and dedication my mother poured into her craft. I dabbled in various industries—hospitality, retail, beauty, and even banking—only to realize that my natural inclination and passion lay in hairstyling. In 2008, at the age of 19, I took a leap and co-founded my first salon, "MonaLisa Style & Beauty," alongside my mother. Those 10 years were invaluable, shaping both my business acumen and personal growth.

Completing my diploma in hairdressing in 2013, I nurtured a wonderful clientele who still, to this day, cherish our longstanding bond. Their continued support and loyalty reaffirm my commitment to providing exceptional service and fostering genuine connections.

In 2017, my husband and I embarked on a transformative journey, relocating to the Gold Coast in pursuit of new adventures. Establishing my first home salon there was a pivotal moment, fostering a deep appreciation for each and every client who entrusted me with their hair. It reshaped my outlook on business and reinforced the significance of genuine connections.

As 2022 ushered in a new chapter, we made the heartfelt decision to return to Sydney, driven by our longing for family and the place we call home. Despite the challenges posed by Covid, I've hit the ground running with my business, rekindling relationships with my ever-supportive clientele. I'm beyond excited to be back and embarking on this next phase.
