    Absolutely, you're welcome to bring a friend! Just give me a heads-up beforehand so I can ensure we have enough space for everyone to be comfortable.

2. **Can I bring my kids to my appointment?** 

    Yes, of course! Please let me know in advance, as we have limited space, but we can arrange an area for your children to relax and enjoy themselves.

3. **Can I bring food?** 

    Certainly! Since we are a home salon without nearby food vendors, please feel free to bring your own food. It's highly encouraged.

4. **Can I book an appointment for my friend and me at the same time?** 

    Absolutely! Keep in mind that certain services, such as balayage, might require individual attention. However, we can accommodate other services simultaneously, such as full colors and nanoplasty treatments.

5. **Do I need to make an appointment?** 

   Absolutely, as I run a home salon, appointments are necessary. To secure your slot, please book in advance, as we have limited availability.

6. **What are your working days and hours?** 

   I work from Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Please note that I do not offer weekend appointments unless it's for a wedding, and I do not work nights due to caring for my small children.

7. **How long will my service take?** 

   The duration of each service varies based on factors such as hair length, thickness, current color, and desired results. For instance:

   - Balayages can take up to 6 hours.

   - Full colors typically average 2-3 hours.

   - Nanoplasty treatments generally take 3-5 hours.

   - Styling appointments usually last between an hour and an hour and a half.

   - Bridal trials typically take 2 hours.

8. **How do I make a booking?** 

To schedule an appointment, you can reach out to me through my website, Facebook, Instagram, or email. Kindly share pictures of your current hair and your hair inspiration, along with your preferred date and time. I'll promptly respond to finalize an appointment slot that suits you best.

9. **What is your address?** 

Given that I operate a home salon, my address isn't publicly available. Rest assured, my salon is conveniently nestled in the heart of Colebee, Western Suburbs. You will receive my address via email once you've secured your booking by placing a deposit.

10. Do you offer a free consultation?
